Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 20
Name of the Post: Assistant Professor in Geography.

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 25-09-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in concerned subject with atleast 55% marks or ts equivalent grade with good academic record and candidate must have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Application Form: Candidates can obtain their application form from the Commission’s Office, Itanagar on all working days from 10:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs up to 25-09-2013 on cash payment of Rs.70/- (Rupees Seventy) only for APST candidates and Rs.130/- for general candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview /viva-voice test.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be 10th class pass or above for Grade Pay Rs.1900/ 2000/- and Graduation from any recognized University for those candidates applying for the post with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-/2400/- for Group C Posts. SSC or 8th passed (for outstanding sports persons) for Post in PB-1 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs.40/- for post in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- and Rs.1900/2000/- and Rs.60/- for those in Grade Pay Rs. 2400/2800/-. Fee should be paid in the form of crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway payable at Secunderabad for the posts of Headquarters and Senior Divisional Finance Manager of respective divisions for the divisional posts. Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, Women, Minority and Economically Backward Classes are exempted from the payment of fees.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Trials and Interview.
