Educational Qualification-
1.       For the post of Company secretary- candidates should have minimum graduation degree  from a University  recognized by Government/ KPSC. Associate membership  of the Institute of  Company Secretaries  of India.  CA/ICWA Intermediate pass desirable.  Five years post qualification experience as Company Secretary after obtaining Associate Membership.
2.       For the post of Assistant marketing manager- candidates must have B. Tech in Agricultural/ Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks with M.B.A specialized in Marketing and minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in Marketing.
3.       For the post of Assistant manager(material)- B.Tech in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks. MBA desirable. Minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in Materials Management.
4.       For the post of assistant manager (R&D)- candidates must be posses minimum B.Tech in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks. M Tech desirable. Minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in design activities.
5.       For the post of  Personal secretary- Degree from a recognized University. Diploma in Commercial Practice ( DCP) /equivalent. Written and oral Communication skill in English with knowledge of computer word processing and typing English & Malayalam. 3 years experience in similar capacity.

Selection process- eligibility of the candidates will depend on the performance in the written test and interview.

Name of the Post: Company Secretary

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit should not exceed 33 years as on 31-05-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be first class Graduate with 60% from a recognized university or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or equivalent qualification recognized as such by Government of India and Pass in final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test, group discussion and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the application fee of Rs.325 /- and Rs.75/- as postal charges (Total Rs.400/-) for General & OBC candidates and Rs.75/- as postal charges for SC/ST candidates. Fee must be paid by means of demand draft/BPO issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at Hyderabad in favour of Andhra Bank. The Bank website will remain open from 24-06-2013 to 06-07-2013 both days inclusive.
