Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 15 years to 24 years (date of birth should be within 01-01-1990 to 01-01-1999) for UR and 15 years to 27 years (date of birth should be within 01-01-1987 to 01-01-1999) for OBC and 15 years to 29 years (date of birth should be within 01-01-1985 to 01-01-1999) for SC/ ST and 15 years to 34 years for PH (UR) and 15 years to 37 years for PH (OBC) and 15 years to 39 years for PH (SC/ ST) candidates as on 01-01-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed matriculation/ 10th class (10 + 2 system) or equivalent recognised examination from recognized Board/ University with not less than 50% Marks and must have ITI Degree (NCVT) in the Trades.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on written or viva-voice test.
Application Fee: Candidates have to take Indian Postal Order (IPO) for Rs.40/- payable in favour of FA & CAO, East Central Railway/ Hajipur, payable at Patna and no fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Serviceman/ Women candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with copies of all documents/ certificates i.e Birth, Educational & Technical (ITI), Caste, Relationship Certificate, Physically Handicapped certificate duly attested by the Gazetted Officer, IPO and by mentioning Notification No, Caste, 2 self addressed envelope (size 11 x 5) with stamp of Rs.5/- by ordinary post to Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, East Central Railway, Mughalsarai, PO-Mughalsarai, District-Chandauli (UP)- 232101 on or before 14-03-2014 by 16:00 hrs.
