Age Limit -
1. For Senior Manager - Candidates age should not be more than 45 years as on 19th April 2013.
2. For Manager - Candidates age should not be more than 40 years.
3. For Horticulturist - Candidates age should not be more than 40 years.
4. For Executive (HR) - Candidates maximum age should not be more than 30 years as on 19th April 2013.
Note - Age relaxation will be extended as per government rules.
Educational Qualification -
1. For Senior Manager & Manager Post Candidates should have complete CA / ICWA From any recognized university or Institute.
2. For Horticulturist Post Candidates must possess Graduation degree in Horticulture discipline from any recognized university.
3. For Executive (HR) Post Candidates should have complete 2 years full time master degree in Social work or Labor Welfare or Personnel Management or Human Resource Management or Development or Industrial Relations Stream from any recognized university or Institution with minimum 60% marks.
