Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 64 years for Specialist and 35 years for Sr Resident as on 30-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per GOI rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBBS/ PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned Specialty from recognized University with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.250/- in the form of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of ‘ESI Fund A/c No.1′ payable at SBI,Jammu. SC/ ST/ PWD and female candidates are exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of certificates, Demand Draft, two recent passport size photographs affixed so as to reach office of “Medical Superintendent, ESICMH, Bari Brahmana, Jammu” on or before 29-06-2013 by 12.30 PM. Original certificates along with one attested copy of certificates must be produced at the time of interview held on 01-07-2013 at ESICMH, Bari Brahmana, Jammu.
