Name of the Post: Junior Clerk
1. Base Level Post: 34 Posts
2. Jr Clerk Post against post of Senior Clerk: 31 Posts
3. Jr Clerk Post against Post of Head Clerk: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years and 32 years as on 01-04-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination with oriya as the medium of examination in non language subject or passed in Oriya as language subject in the final examination of class VII or passed the M.E examination with Oriya as language subject.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test and practical skill test.
Application & Examination Fee: Candidates has to pay the application fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Nizarat Officer, Colectorate Sambalpur payable at State Bank of India, Main Branch Sambalpur. No fee for SC/ST candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with two recent passport size photographs, two self addressed envelopes, attested copies of mark sheets, educational qualification certificates, cast certificate etc, original bank draft, by super scribing the top of the envelope with Application for the Post of Junior Clerk, by registered post to The Collector, Sambalpur on or before 02-08-2013.
