RRC Allahabad Vacancy details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 49
Grade Pay:
1. Rs.2800/- & Rs.2400/-: 05 Posts
2. Rs.1900/- & Rs.2000/-: 16 Posts
3. Rs.1800/-: 28 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit is between 18 and 25 years as on 01-07-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Matric or ITI or its equivalent for posts having Grade Pay Rs.1800/-, Rs.1900/- & Rs.2000/-; B.Sc (Physics) or 10+2 passed in Higher Secondary in Maths or Physics for posts having Grade Pay Rs.2400/-; University Degree or its equivalent for the posts having Grade Pay Rs.2800/-.
Recruitment Process: Recruitment will be based on trails, assessment of sports achievements and general intelligence/ personality etc.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.60/- for the post having Grade Pay Rs.2400/- & Rs.2800/- and Rs.40/- for the post having Grade Pay Rs.1800/-, Rs.1900/- & Rs.2000/- in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favor of concerned authority mentioned in the notification. SC/ ST/ Muslims/ Christians/ Sikhs/ Buddhists/ Zorastrians (Parsis)/ Women candidates are exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with copy of all relevant certificates, crossed Indian Postal Order, one recent passport size photograph affixed, one extra passport size photograph enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application against Sports quota 2013-14 for Category No. ………” so as to reach respective officer address mentioned in the notification through post or may also be dropped in the Drop Box placed at the respective office premises on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs on or before 22-07-2013 and 06-08-2013 for remote areas.
