Candidate having experience in database design and developing complex stored procedures, functions,t riggers, using the sql 2008/2005 features like common table expressions, table values parameters, file stream, Log compression, transparent data encryption TDE, Policies, Performance data collector, Auditing, performance Optimization and tuning, trouble shooting and monitoring using Performance Dashboard reports, Database Tuning Advisor, SQL Profiler, T-SQL, Dynamic Management views (DMV), using techniques like Database replication (transactional, Merge) , Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log shipping, performance tuning of SQL Server Systems and databases using DMVs, Activity Monitor, system tables, SQL Profiler, DB Tuning wizard and third party tools, database backup, restore, import/ export, BCP utilities, Database Security and maintain accounts and access levels by creating suitable Logins, Roles and assigning object level permissions, creating SQL agent maintenance jobs and familiar with oracle Pl/ Sql.
