Age Limit: Candidates age is 40 years as on 31-12-2013. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Higher secondary pass with certificate of PMW training/ MSW/ B.Sc with 3 years experience.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in H.S exam and practical test on computer knowledge.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply on A4 size paper along with Bio-data and all relevant (self attested) documents and mention the name of the Block applied for and send to Chief Medical Officer, Uttar Dinajpur on or before 21-01-2014 by 4:00 PM.
