Age Limit:Candidates age limit should be 30 years for( Sr.No:1,3,4,5,6) Posts, 32 years for (Sr.No:2) Posts. Relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation by 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 1.1.1980 and 31.12.1989.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical discipline for (Sr.No:1) Posts, MD General Medicine/ Anaesthesia/ Gynaecology & Obestrics/ Ortho for (Sr.No:2) Posts, Ph.D in Chemistry from a recognized Indian University/ Institute for (Sr.No:3) Posts, Post Graduate Diploma in HR functional areas of Industrial Relations for (Sr.No:4) Posts. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay application fee of Rs.300/- by Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Service Branch (Code No.7687) in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Refineries Division) payable at New Delhi. No application fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.iocl.com online application starts from 11-01-2014 to 05-02-2014 and send the printouts of registration slip along with recent passport size photograph by affixing & signature, demand draft, attested copies of certificates in support of qualification, experience, age, caste, disability etc. Candidates applying for the Post of Medical Officer should also attach copies of internship completion certificate & registration certificate from State Medical Council, write the Post applied for at the top left-hand corner of the envelope and send the sealed envelope by ordinary post to Advertiser, Post Box No.3098, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003 on or before 12-02-2014.
General Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Should have a vali email ID, Phone No, details of Demand Draft, photocopies of certificates
2. Should have a scanned copy of latest passport size photograph.
3. Should carefully read all the instructions & eligiblity.

5. After completion the submission of applications, the system will generate a Registration Number along with completed application form
6. Before submission check if all the details are mentioned, photograph, signature uploaded.
7. After submission candidates are required to take printouts of Registration slip, affix all the relevant documents and send the form to the given address.
