PGIMER Jobs 2014 for Stenographer Post

Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has given a notification for the recruitment of 86 Lower Division Clerks & Stenographers on regular basis. 1. LDC : 71 Posts (UR-36, SC-10, ST-05, OBC-18, PH-02)
2. Stenographers : 15 (UR-08, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-03, PH-01)

Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be 18-30 years.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university, A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on Computer for LDC Posts, 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or University, Dictation at the speed of 80 wpm in Stenography (English or Hindi) with transcription time of 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer for Stenography Posts.

Mode of Selection : Candidates will be selected based on Online exam/ Scrutiny/ Skill Test/ Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates should pay Rs.1000/- for others & Rs.500/- for SC/ ST. If candidates is applying for both Posts he/ she will have to pay fee for both the posts is SC/ ST Rs.1000/- & for all others Rs.2000/-.Candidates can go to any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The account No. of PGIMER for recruitment is 32211613319. The candidates after having deposited the fee in the bank must ensure that they have Triplicate Fee Payment Challan with Journal No./Challan No. given by the bank on it & should pay & send the receipt on or before 13-01-2014.

How to Apply : Eligible candidates should apply Online from website: www.pgimeredu.in on or before 11-01-2014. Candidates are requested to bring original testimonials along with Original Challan form at the time of interview.

Instructions for Applying Online :
1. If applying for both the posts will have to choose the both the options and one challan of double the amount will be generated.
2. Candidate must have his/ her photograph& signature scanned.
3. Candidates are required to have valid personal email ID before applying Online.
4. The details should filled in three Challan form along with the seal, Challan no. & signature of the Bank official of the branch.
5. Candidates applying through Online Mode and the last date for deposit of application fee in Bank is declared holiday, the same will be received on the next working day.
6. Call letter & Admit card will be available on internet 15 days before examination.
7. Candidates can modify application before last date of application.
8. Candidates should upload application.no & challan.no & challan date, otherwise applications may get rejected.
