1. Monitoring live and recorded calls and giving feedback.
2. Process improvement.
3. Coaching and mentoring of the agents.
4. Taking calls and keeping himself/herself abreast with any process related updates/changes and cascading the same to the team.
5. Working closely with the operations team regarding process improvement.
6. Taking call calibration session with the ops team.
