Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be 17-40 years for (Sr.No:1 to 5, 7 to 11, 13 to 15) Posts, 18-40 years for (Sr.No:6, 12, 16 to 19) Posts. Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates of SC/ ST, BC, SBC including Economically Backward Classes recognized in Haryana and by ten years for PH.
Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess Graduation from recognized University for (Sr.No:1) Posts, Matric pass with Hindi/Sanskrit for (Sr.No:2) Posts, B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine for (Sr.No:3) Posts, B. Sc, Diploma in Perfusion Technology for (Sr.No:4) Posts. For other Posts qualification refer Notification.
Mode of Selection : Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/ written test.
Application Fee : Candidates should pay Rs.400/- for General category male candidates & Rs. 200/- for female candidates (Haryana domiciles only) & Rs.100/- for Reserved Category male candidates (Haryana Domiciles only) & Rs. 50/- for reserved category female candidates (Haryana domiciles only) in the HDFC Bank, Model Town Branch, Rohtak on cash payment or by crossed Indian Postal Order in the name of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by post.
How to Apply : Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of testimonials/academic certificate/ experience certificate & should be signed.
